Ok, than please check your odoo-server.conf for database definitions. Do you share the psql-server with multiple (odoo-)services? Can you login into the project_2 database from odoo login form (use "admin" as user and password)? If not check the structure of the database with psql? Is it an Odoo database? Can you provide your startscript and odoo-server.conf? Remove sensitive information like passwords from the server conf.

I have database project_2. i upgrade all modules an finished. i tried delete from postgres and odoo. then i restart service. database project_2 always recreate automatically. I got this log :

How to delete project_2 permanent in this case?----
