Subscription code is linked to the database, not the server.
Backup up your database (via PG or interface),
Rebuild the same environment in new server
Restore your data
NB: if backup via interface, the attachments will be included. If back up via the OS, you will have to backup and restore the attachment folder as well.
If you are not sure and look for a simple way, use the interface.

My assumption: You are not using a commercial version. If you use it, I apologize, because frankly I never wore them.
If you are using a version of community, I think the simple steps that I explained above can be tried, I still do not understand with You Mean "subscription Code". Or may be waiting for a reply from a friend who is more experience here. Thank You
