In v9 these elements are supposed to have a name attr because of the string limitation.

Alternatively xpath can match the nth element, but I don't know the exact syntax by heart. Something like //page[3]

I thought there was a cleaner way to do this, that's way dirty, I mean, I should inherit all the page with it's items?

Seems non sense to me, is this the new way to do it on v9? Really?

You should still be able to do //page[@string='Bill']
