I don't have any knowledge about odoo rules and not have any technical experience.ThanksOn Thu, Jul 14, 2016 at 8:42 PM, Youness Maafi <email@example.com> wrote:
While using a multi company environnement, the restrictions you are expecting are what you should get, and odoo official modules has access rights and rules automatically installed to give such restrictions.
But unfortunately, from my experience, this is not the case with all objects and sometimes even with most important ones, you are going to find a lot of objects ( eg. Hr.employee in ur case ) with wrong rules, or even without rules at all.
So just do not hesitate to check access rules in your DB, and see if restrictions exist and if you setup groups for users the right way, if yes and you still have problems: then go ahead and fix rules to fit your needs.
Good luck,On Jul 14, 2016 3:58 PM, "Abdul Qudoos" <firstname.lastname@example.org> wrote:Hi,I am testing the data of 5 companies in odoo 9. And these 5 companies are of 4 different cities. One Company is parent company and other 4 companies are child. I created a user with limited access and give him rights of only one child company.i-e Human Resources: Employee , and check the Attendances check box just. When I login from this account, In HR employees section, it shows me all the employees of 4 companies. According to my knowledge ,it only shows me the employees of his company. Is there any solution for this? or am I doing wrong? or Is this a bug in community version?RegardsAQM
