Don't like it, google a more "mature" erp, there is bunch who comes canned and have the requirements you mention.
At the very end it works, for developers which spends time and earn, and customers who gets solutions for the business.
However this is the nature of the business, we developers charge for this development, as Microsoft or any other company charges for support.
Claudio, what are you describing is a software in his infancy. Which unfortunately is the curse of ODOO, since ODOO11 will use a new API, we will need to rewrite everything again.Currently we developers are trying to use this platform as framework as is, most of the base is unusable for business purposes, needs a lot of tweaking.
