There is no custom access rule, but he seems to be part of a shared group that has been created approx. at the date when the bug appeared, and which concerns stock move, so I'm investigating this. I'll update you wether it is the root cause.

Have you checked the security of the stock.move model?

Settings, Technical, Database Structure, Models

Search for stock.move and look the access rights.

I once needed to modify it due to special requirements of the the reordering rules.

For example to allow a user to see only some products, or some stock move? E.g. according to sales team ?

Yes, Moises, that's what the message tells.

And that's exactly when it becomes fun :

- I use the same unit of measure as the default one

- Another user with similar Access Rights can complete the same action without error


That's why I imagine that the problem is more with the second error line

We're not in multi-comp environment, there have been records created by admin users (not super admin) tough.

In a multi company environment, if any record has been created by an admin user, it can mess up seriously the database ..

We're experiencing a problem with one user (not the other ones). He can't validate a Purchase Order or a Stock Move. He has all autorisation needed in purchase, sales and stock inventory to validate PO - he was doing that a few days ago.

 

Here is the error he sees :

Nb : Other users can validate the PO, so it shouldn't be a problem of incorrect UoM. It seems more like a mismatch on its access right on stock.move .

Field(s) `product_uom` failed against a constraint: You try to move a product using a UoM that is not compatible with the UoM of the product moved. Please use an UoM in the same UoM category.

AccessError
