Are you in a multi company environment ?

In a multi company environment, if any record has been created by an admin user, it can mess up seriously the database ..

Nb : Other users can validate the PO, so it shouldn't be a problem of incorrect UoM. It seems more like a mismatch on its access right on stock.move .

Field(s) `product_uom` failed against a constraint: You try to move a product using a UoM that is not compatible with the UoM of the product moved. Please use an UoM in the same UoM category.
