Hello Vijay,

Multi currency feature is not available in opportunity.

It will only available after converting you opportunity to sales quotation.

You definitely have to customize it.

Why does not it allow me to generate opportunity in multi currency? It considers only company currency as it is a related field to currency configured in company.
