Looking at your webshop, i wonder if the shop is B2C or B2B ?

If it is B2C (business to consumer) then the prices should always be including Spanish VAT. Customer has no VAT number so these are the final prices (including VAT). When you sell, you charge VAT and then you give this VAT to your government.

If it is B2B (business to business) then the prices should always be excluding any VAT. Customer will have a VAT number. But if they have not a VAT number, and you sell with 0% VAT, then your government will charge you for the difference. So you need to check if your B2B customer is a business with a valid VAT number.
The official check is here: http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/

Once you have agreed that the business has a VAT number, you can setup shop as pointed out by other members here in this thread.

Hope this helps,
Best regards, Ron

Yes, I think that the correct way is show price incl. VAT and “the user registration” I think it’s impossible… you will lost thousand of clients on this way. You already lose a big % for not show the shipping price on review order…

But Let us return, however, to the present topic. Somebody has a solution? How do you solved in your Online shops?

Thanks again.

The correct way is first and foremost the legally correct way. According
to european law mail-order/e-commerce B2C businesses are required to
display prices incl. VAT.
