+1, I just ran into this and the CEO of my company had a meltdown. The
email in question was critical, and I have been trying to talk him
down from the decision to turn of EVERYTHING related to email in Odoo.
I assumed that there would be something built in to handle this, which
I had simply overlooked, and couldnt find anything.
