Wow,

Thank you for the responds :D  

Good to know that some of you already integrated Odoo with Digital PABX/DVoIP.  I will note the existed solution and might want to explore more later on.

Is it safe to say that all soft switch (including from Shoretel, Genesys, Freeswitch, etc.) will have the same mechanism to connect to Odoo? (of course the connector will be slight different as need to be modified for each brand of soft switch).

Wonder if someone had experienced integrating Odoo CRM with existing call center hardware that already have IVR.  Basicly Odoo receiving the calls (from phoneline/voip) and route to specific user group for answering the calls.

 

Any info will be very appreciated.
