Re: WKHTMLTOPDF Issues in Reportby
I found a post wkhtmltopdf_NetworkError which describes changing the web.base.url parameter. I changed this to http://0.0.0.0:8069 and my report did display the default odoo image (Not my company image as I was hoping, however this may change if I use /web/binary/company_logo).
This led me to believe that this was a name resolution issue. After some more experimenting it was determined that our web server has a bizarre configuration for internal and external name resolution. Externally we resolve http://odooserverurl/logo.png differently than internally for reasons I wont get into right now. I forgot this when creating the report template. So when I looked at this from my browser using the html report and not pdf everything looked fine, as my browser could resolve the image url correctly. However on the server side wkhtmltopdf (acting on the same host) could not resolve its own url.
Thank you for your input.

wkhtmltopdf not rendering http:///logo.png in Qweb report. When I look at the html it looks correct, and the image renders. When trying to create a report I get a small white box. If I hardcode the width and height I get a bigger white box. The exact same report works on my Ubuntu installation. I am using Fedora 20. Just wondered if anyone has encountered this in the past.
