Odoo as software connected to call center hardware/setup

Hi All,

Wonder if someone had experienced integrating Odoo CRM with existing call center hardware that already have IVR.  Basicly Odoo receiving the calls (from phoneline/voip) and route to specific user group for answering the calls.

Any info will be very appreciated.
