Re: How to clone an Odoo instance?
by
SISalp
hello, your idea corresponds to a service delivered optionally on SISalp's hosting, which purpose is a Recovery Plan. The technology is rather basic : - The primary serveur runs in an OpenVZ container or LXC - At night, you save or synch your container to a remote server - You restore or restart your container where you need it. The script which does this for me is too complicated for just what you ask for, but I can point you to it if you will. 2016-05-11 10:27 GMT+02:00 Jörg Ricardo Schumacher <joerg.schumacher@ehanse.de>: > Hi, > > we are running Odoo on a single server. > > We want to run a second server, which runs a clone of the Odoo instance. > It should clone modules, file system, psql database, attachments. > > It should be possible to work with this second systems, but changes will > be overwritten every 24hrs. > > Is there an easy posibility to implement this? > > > Brgds > Jörg > > _______________________________________________ > Mailing-List: https://www.odoo.com/groups/community-59 > Post to: mailto:community@mail.odoo.com > Unsubscribe: https://www.odoo.com/groups?unsubscribe -- Dominique Chabord - SISalp Logiciel libre pour l'entreprise Tryton et open-source Odoo, OpenERP 18 avenue Beauregard 74960 Cran Gevrier 145A rue Alexandre Borrely 83000 Toulon tel(repondeur) +33(0)950274960 fax +33(0)955274960 mob +33(0)622616438 http://sisalp.fr http://openerp-online.fr
