Go to the developer mode, edit the action, and add a domain.
As an example, look at the menu sale order and quotation. Both refer to the same object (sale.order), but at different state.

Hi Community? I have a question about kanban view whether it is possible to hide a record from kanban view upon the state change. To ellaborate, I have created a kanban view of the object and it contains a button which updates the state of the record to delivered. Now what i want is to hide the record from the kanban view as it gets delivered. here is my code.

<record id="view_kanban_board_order_regis" model="ir.ui.view">
<field name="name">Order Assembler Kanban</field>
<field name="model">rms.assemble.orders</field>
<field name="arch" type="xml">
<kanban>
<templates>
<t t-name="kanban-box">
<div class="oe_kanban_card">
<button type="object" class="oe_highlight" name="assemble_order">OK</button>
<h4><a type="open">
<field name="kitchen_order"/>
</a>
</h4>
<h4><field name="state"/></h4>
</div>
</t>
</templates>
</kanban>
</field>
</record>
