Odoo issue tracking - autorespond

I'm setting up Odoo as a simple customer service handling service, using the project_issue module. And that works fine for this. But one remaining item: it would be cool if Odoo could send some kind of response to the people sending mails, something along the lines of "thank you for contaicting us, we'll get back to you one day". Have any of you done something like that?
