1. Clear Browser cache and restart the server
2. Check the logs and see the which module or files giving you the error

I have realized that when I open Odoo 8 on my laptop, its not loading fully. The software is displayed in only the top part of the screen (top quarter).
Most of the features are not well visible. Attached is a screen shot.
How can I fix this problem without re installation of the software?
