if this assumption is true (which to my mind is doubtable) then reinstalling odoo does not help at all.probably the servor has been damaged by a virus, every thing seems ok before a while but now i can't access to the servor
you would have the same problem after that reinstall.
to backup your odoo instance needs two things:
1. you have to dump your postgres database to a file, which you then can copy to a save place.
2. you have to copy the whole filestorage directory to a save place
where these two elements are located depends on your installation.
If you give us some more info on your server environment I could give you more help.

Unless you have modified the source code of odoo, reinstalling will not solve your problem.
If it is a customisation (bad xml), the database itself has a bad record. You will most likely have to reload a backup.
If it is a module (.py), normally, fixing the python should solve the problem.
