Yes, we have a custom module through which you can manage all these things.
In our module you can issue the intermediate products for another work-center/s, issue items from store for particular workcenter, you can receive issued intermediate or another items and return ( for rework) also if you have any defects.
work-orders will be based on your manufacturing order which is based on routings ( based on workcenters) and BOM.
