Hi All,

We have developed for several customers integration with Alfresco.
Also Multibase has integration with Nuxeo. 

In generally it works. The main problems that need to be solved with such integration are:
1) Access rights. Not so easy to synchronize them between Odoo and Alfresco/Nuxeo. For Alfresco we done this using common LDAP Server so roles in Odoo and Alfresco are mapped to roles in LDAP Directory. And organised SSO between Odoo and Alfresco
2) Synchronization from Alfresco/Nuxeo to Odoo. In some cases it is easier to upload document in DMS, instead of Odoo. But Odoo should be notified that new Attachment is uploaded, for example, to invoice. So that is challenge that also is not so easy to solve.
3) You need to have both Alfresco/Nuxeo and Odoo developers that knows how both system works (at least high level). That was one of our struggles also that we had to solve during our Odoo/Alfresco projects. 
4) It is extremely hard to make universal framework that will close all possible needs. On customer by customer basis we had to develop either addons for Alfresco or addons to Odoo.

slides is a different way of document presentation I would say. But it can be used for that purpose too.

Versioning is one of the features which were available in Odoo 8.0 and got eliminated in Version 9.0 Community Edition. Now Versioning is only available if you buy an Enterprise subscription - or ;-) you adjust the versioning of Version 8 so that it works in Version 9.

but +1 to Dominique as a real document management like you would find i.e. alfresco isn't existing in Odoo.

I saw "knowledge" but this seems to be odoo 7
Slides I looked at but does not seem to support any "management" of documents. But I will look at it more closely.
