Re: Largest implementation of Oodo

We are currently also looking for a good setup for large odoo installation.

For one company we have two servers with one odoo instance (17 workers)
on each server. Both instances are connected to one postgresql database
server. There is also a second postgresql database in async replication
as a hotstandby server. The performance is good but could be better. In
future the setup should handle much more users because we created a
portal where users can login and add orders.

records:
* 87k partners
* 355 users (~50 users using the instance every day)
* 17k sale orders
* 38k invoices

I'm currently interested in how other companies setup their postgresql
server(s) like replication, master-master etc. and how do they load
tests to estimate how many users the servers can handle. Would be nice
if some guys here can provide their experiences and setups.

Greetings
Christoph
