Thanks for the hint, just went to their site and you are right as far as I could see.
Your starting point must be another Gantt js library. A few good new ones are available.
Do you have some links to them which you would recommend.
I think too using another library would be the best way also for future improvements on it.

Hi FabienThanks for the reminder. The photo is quite good actually and brings up contacts, but already longer time in perhaps I should change it to another one. what about riding on an elephant :-)a bit offtopic but explains perhaps some things!@Alberto - The future is within us - Help to do it by myself!Well I actually coming from Stuttgart Area which is the place where the Waldorf Movement grew up and in deed I even made and passed all entrance tests to be a teacher at Waldorf but 2 weeks before I wanted to start studying there I received the honor of a place at PH Ludwigsburg and started studying there.I had studied before aerospace technology at University Stuttgart, but did not like that to much. So I switched to be a teacher instead for Nature and Technology, Music and Geography. And here it was also where I first got in contact with Montessori. Maria Montessori and Rudolph Steiner like Peter Petersen or Freinet etc tried to reform education. - Montessori and this is actually where I am 100% in since then. Lateron I studied as a hobby Informatics and did my Exams in Mediation. Learning itself is a life long learning process and it keeps you young!Montessori is much more open than Steiner. Meanwhile I would say that Steiner and its Walldorf right now is a very extreme conservative way of educating kids which has not much to do with respect for the child - respect for the learner. It is more a forming institute with the goal to form a human being which fits into the waldorf imperium. But it has also its good ideas which I even used in the schools I have founded. Montessori instead sees the child as the teacher of himself and the actual teacher is nothing more than an asset in its surrounding which prepares the surrounding so that the child can interact in it successfully. Montessori kids are allowed to make mistakes no matter how much as long as they don't hurt themselves or others with their actions of course. They don't get restricted i.e. to learn how to read and write depending on when their teeth will fall out like with Waldorf. If a learner wants to learn something at Montessori the teacher will try to setup the perfect surrounding for his needs so that he can develop and experience as much as possible.I am pretty sure that everyone here on the list is using products which have been developed by people who claim even, that it was their Montessori Education to make those great things everyone is using today on the internet possible.Have you ever heard about:---Thomas Edison - "I like the Montessori method," Edison has been quoted saying, according to historians at the Thomas Edison National Historic Park. "It teaches through play. It makes learning a pleasure. It follows the natural instincts of the human being. The present system casts the brain into a mold. It does not encourage original thought or reasoning."Jimmy Wales, Founder, Wikipedia - Wales has described his childhood private school as a "Montessori influenced philosophy of education," where he "spent lots of hours poring over the Britannicas and World Book Encyclopedias" according to his Wikipedia page (which we hope Wales created himself, all considering.)--- Those are only some of them.I did my internship in Waterloo Montessori School in Bruxells by the way during the time my parents lived for years in Overijse actually not far away from where the ODOO Headquarter is.===========Back to ODOO and thinking about what it could do with Montessori - a lot!In India, the Netherlands, Germany, USA, HongKong, and many other places all around the world you have Montessori Schools and all need Management systems to manage their student activities, to communicate with parents, to be able to let students to present their works online to others, to interact with other schools in the Montessori Univers etc. Odoo is IMHO a really good tool to achieve all that! The Montessori School I have been building up, which is meanwhile a Family Center you will find here: the student they are talking about who worked long time for free is me. http://www.familientreff-gerlingen.de/verein/geschichte/But the main thing we actually can learn from Montessori is that it is very important to prepare a surrounding where people can interact safely and with lots of fun to teach themselves. The best way doing that is to keep it as open and flexible as possible. Which means keep it also Open Source and don't even intend to close it down. This will also bring Freedom not only to Software but also to many other places. It will encourage people to work together and to collaborate and inspire each other!
