Re: net-tax rates / Taux de la dette fiscale nette in Switzerlandby
It is the same problem like in Germany I guess.
The question is how to input prices correctly! and how to apply what tax to it.
"Einkaufspreis" - The price you will be able to buy a product
"Unverbindliche Kaufsempfehlung" UVP - which is the price which already contains a Margin and Tax and gives Sellers a range to set their own prices.
UVP are often made much higher than the actually value is to give resellers the chance to make their price look like a very special offer even it is one ;-)
And you have the Mehrwertsteuer - in Germany 19%
and in B2B often less i.e. 7%
and with people outside the EU even 0
Even most shops like to put in their sale price (brutto incl. the tax) and than Odoo will calculate the net price) I think odoo is working just the other way round.
You need to put in the net price and set the correct taxes for your customers location or registered business/private and than depending on what customer location the product will be made available.
It would be nice if it could handle both ways but I guess it can't
