Richard, are you sure?

I have the german translations here, but reporting, generic reporting,
taxes, tax report -> if I translate it correct I get to the vat report,
but I'd like to have a report having profit/loss calculation based on
cash flow (instead of open invoices - so just paid invoices should be
taken into account)

Can I configure odoo that way to do that?
