You can try importing it like this:
|Product Template||Product Attribute Value||Price Extra|
|Fresh Fruit Juice||S||0|
|Fresh Fruit Juice||M||3|
|Fresh Fruit Juice||L||5|
|Freshly-Squeezed Orange Juice||S||0|
|Freshly-Squeezed Orange Juice||M||3|
|Freshly-Squeezed Orange Juice||L||5|
Here, I first imported the product template with a selling price with attributes S,M,L.
Then you can import the prices as shown above. The prices are basically an addition to the base price. So in this case, if the product template price is $20, then S will be the same price, M will be $23 and so on.
