Re: access to code under AGPL v3by André P. <email@example.com> - 01/08/2016 06:02:53
Ah, I forgot: you can sell the modules (for example on the Odoo Apps store) for someone to install in their own Odoo, but if you hosting Odoo for them, you have to give them the modules for free.
2016-01-08 10:55 GMT+00:00 André P. <firstname.lastname@example.org>:
The code must be available to any user of the Odoo database where the modules are installed. If you have a public Website running on that Odoo database, you have to publish the code publicly. If it's a private database used by one of your clients, you only need to give them the code. Of course, they can republish the code publicly if they want (and you can't prevent them by contract, since that violates the license).--2016-01-08 10:43 GMT+00:00 <email@example.com>:Hello community,I am a bit sorry to come again with this topic. For odoo modules under AGPL v3.Does the code must be publicly available (freely - without payment)?Thank you--Yves Goldberg - איב גולדברגodoo| Official Partner - OCA memberOpen Source ERP, CRM & CMS
