Re: SEEKING: Method to script backups of Odoo v9 - also include filestore (anything else??)by
you can also have a look a the orchestor clouder (but it maybe something too big for this simple need) or odoo-infrastructure from ingadhoc
"the new database should not interface external applications (pop/imap, smtp, shop-connector etc...), if a replacement it should"good catch as we tend to forget this too often!

A key point is to determine whether the copied database is a copy or a replacement of the main database. If a copy, the new database should not interface external applications (pop/imap, smtp, shop-connector etc...), if a replacement it should > > > > Does anyone know (have experience or a verified method for doing this) ? > > > > I want to start testing how I can quickly move a database from one server to > another. > > > > Ray Carnes > Senior Odoo Consultant | 909.864.4576 | Skype: bista_ray > Time zone: US Pacific | Office: Greater Los Angeles > Bista Solutions, Inc. | Empowering Business Success > > > > _______________________________________________ > Mailing-List: https://www.odoo.com/groups/community-59 > Post to: mailto:email@example.com > Unsubscribe: https://www.odoo.com/groups?unsubscribe
