would be interested to know if there is a performance issue using VM's , especially disc access, which is crucial with odoo.
moving from a VM to a (probably much faster) root server we reduced processing times by 50% or more.

Hi community ,
I have installed odoo 8 in VMweare (Ubuntu 14.04 lts : 8 GO RAM) installed in windows server 8 R2 ( 12 GO RAM / 64 bit) and odoo works fine.
I installed it in VMWear in order to take snapshot tree times per day (as buckup ).
Is my installed good enough for work ? in a small company ? or I have to install it in directly in a physical machine ?
