Re: Websites for Multi Companies in one databaseby
Jos I like your website - reminds me to the time when I was living in Antwerp - Prince Albert Laan - with my parents and the Bell Telephone Manufacturing Company of Antwerp, where my father was working before he was developing what was later called "System12". http://www.vintagephones.com.au/Pages/BTMC/BTMCHistory.htm
Sorry for the off topic remark - but your slider images are great! You made my day! Thanks!
Additional question Jos.
Your example shows
Version A) 1 database 2 companies each one has a website - user_id 1 = company_id 1, user_id 2 = company_id 2, etc
is it also possible to have
Version B) 1 database 1 company but 2 or more websites - would it be user_id 1 = company_id 1, user_id 2 = company_id 1, user_id 3 = company_id 1, etc and is it possible to do that also in combinations with Version A

I have ctreated two companies in one database, and assigned websites to each company.
Only one company's information is used on both website domains.Hi,If you have set up the websites for each company right, and have assigned the right company_id to each "website" record, it should work as expected:
Als check the user_id linked to the website, it should have the same company_id as the website.
