Perhaps people have better things to do than sit at your beck and call answering every question that pops into your head.
If you want advice or help setting up Odoo hire a consultant or request some advice in the forum. If you feel you are entitled to an answer and demand a response you will be ignored.
Perhaps try changing your attitude if you want advice or would like to have a meaningful discussion.
