Take care, OVH North America (Canada actually) has had the physical server of one of our customers several *days* off because their internal technical problems. This issue happened more than one time and our customer had to fly away to an on premise installation.
We live that, but it is not a "performance issue" You can decide any other site (I fiber was broken in the ISP and too much people different from the Data center was broken.
I do not know other issue (We have 2 years with them and this specific problem never happen before). But again other topic.
