and it meanwhile has also legal issues as where you store your dta, especially if you have a EU Company it is adviced to keep away from any US Servers.

Take care, OVH North America (Canada actually) has had the physical 
server of one of our customers several *days* off because their internal 
technical problems. This issue happened more than one time and our 
customer had to fly away to an on premise installation.

Cloud has these (unexpected) issues...
