You can do this with Odoo VoIP in v9. There is a batch action to "Add to Call Queue" which creates phonecalls in the "To Do" status with a date in the future.
It works in list, kanban, calendar, and form views on leads, opportunities, and phonecalls.
Those phonecalls appear in the Odoo VoIP softphone.
The status changes once you make the call to "Held", "Not Held",...
