It looks like you installed Odoo 9 Community, not Odoo 9 Enterprise. If your top menu bar is black, and not purple, it's Odoo Community.
We are the official ODOO partners and we need your help to upgrade to the Enterprise version. We have already installed the ODOO 9 Enterprise version on our cloud instance.
But we keep getting the below option to upgrade(highlighted in yellow) though we have already paid the required amount for 5 users to ODOO.

Please let me know, how we can utilize our subscription that we have already paid to the ODOO
