RE: Reccurent 'loading' in timesheet viewby
No customisation done. All code is recent (< 2 weeks) downloads of core and modules from OCA git

The name_get() seems get called more often! Have you customised?

This issue happened even on local laptop (iCore5, SSD, 8G), not virtualized with 1 person entering time at a time so I do not think it is the source of the issue.
The current machine is a debian with 2Go and 2 cvCores.
The config file has ‘workers = 3’
I had installs several months ago which were not showing such issue so I suspect some wrong somewhere else
I attached what is generated in the log file after 1 cell being updated within a monthly timesheets with only 2 rows …Does this look normal? Looks to be a lot of actions
As extra modules, I only have timesheet_task and hr_timesheet_task from OCA.
We have 20people entering time sheets every day without any issue.
Do you have enough cores and workers?

Thank you for feedback and sorry for late reply.
I tried your suggestion to move to 127.0.0.1 but it does not change anything.
Also, I looked at server load as suggested by Eric Caudal but it was maximum at 75% so probably not the limiting factor
Finally I moved to another Odoo 8 instance hosted in a distant Linux based server (odoo + Nginx based reverse proxy): situation looks to be the same and even worst. While filling monthly time sheet, the screen get freeze at regular intervals during several seconds. This is hardly usable.
What is community experience with timesheet reactivity ? Is working with monthly timesheet rather than weekly OK ? Or may I be missing some fine tuning somewhere ?
If you use windows (since windows 7) using http://localhost try to use127.0.0.1 or make sure to uncomment the
line from c:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts there seems to be a 300msdelay for every http request. We dont know why but it's related to ipv6.
