When somebody wants to set up a website in non-english language(s) only,
all kind of mysterious problems may occur. Apps/snippets/widgets etc.
seem not to work and the problem seems to be incomprehensible.

This might well be caused by the fact that the user has not installed
english-US when setting up his website.

maybe this is usable for error tracking in some cases
