Mixing apples and oranges

Hi, I did a pull request today, I have odoo 9 on my repo right now, but when I try to run the server I have this error:

 File "/opt/python/openerp/instances/Sukotto_group/odoo/openerp/", line 4364, in _store_get_values
    target_id_results[target_func_id_] = [i for i in store_trigger[target_ids_func_](self, cr, SUPERUSER_ID, ids, context) if i]
  File "/opt/python/openerp/instances/Sukotto_group/odoo/openerp/addons/base/res/", line 171, in _get_users_from_group
    groups = [g for g in groups if g == group_user or group_user in g.trans_implied_ids]
  File "/opt/python/openerp/instances/Sukotto_group/odoo/openerp/", line 5573, in __contains__
    raise TypeError("Mixing apples and oranges: %s in %s" % (item, self))
ParseError: "Mixing apples and oranges: None in res.groups(1, 2)" while parsing /opt/python/openerp/instances/Sukotto_group/odoo/openerp/addons/base/security/base_security.xml:18, near
<record model="res.groups" id="group_system">

            <field name="implied_ids" eval="[(4, ref('group_erp_manager'))]"/>
            <field name="users" eval="[(4, ref('base.user_root'))]"/>

Any ideas?

BTW I didn't update any requirement library, should that be the issue?

Thanks in advance
