Yannick,

thank you adding an new layer.
It may have a big business impact for some in countries or industries
where necessary modules are not OCA, but it's how it is for now.
Author only have the right to decide about the code they produce or own.

By the way I think that you can be an OCA member, as an author you
have no obligation to share your copyright with OCA.
