That isn't how the AGPL works, the AGPL is very well written to avoid 
loose interpretation imho.

One other thing regarding the new Odoo community licensing, with version 
9 being under LGPL their is nothing to stop a SAAS vendor from taking V9 
community and using it as part of a proprietary SAAS solution, something 
that was prevented by the previous AGPL licensing.
