it's available in Open Source but only in debug mode !!

Unfortunately the problem is that they do not analyse/understand the 
needs of accountants

they also do not provide an "account follow up" module any more in Open 
Source. this is a core function of an accounting package.
So far - unfortunately - odoo does not stand to the announcement (again) 
to support existing features in new releases.
same is true for  fiscal year and periods. many of my companies have 
changed the fiscal end date during the last 10 years. not possible to 
migrate existing data to v9.
