Hello Bharat,

I have set-up the same thing for one of my spain customer.
Here is the thing what I did.
create new location name "Consignment"

Allows the "Pick+Ship" on Outgoing Shippings under the warehouse.
After that go to the routes for Pick and ship and changed the location as ""Consignment"" . So it will make the push flow as follow.

Stock->Consignment->Customer.

One more thing make the invoice policy as on delivery order.
Now whenever the delivery order has been generated product first transfer to the "Consignment" stock and if you want to do the partial delivery you can do that from the another delivery moves from "Consignment" to customer and able to make the invoice for it.

Hope this can help.

Location for each partner should solve your problem. Invoicing can be made later based on customer sales.

Thanks very much for your response, this module is for the consignee who keeps the stock on behalf of vendor, I am looking a module from Consignor point of view who gives stock to consignee to sale to end user. If you could point out any other reference meeting that requirement it would be great.

Dear Community Members,

We are looking for a module which satisfies the concept of Consignment Sale. Here is the flow:

Suppose a company is into trading of electronics items, and they give the items to consignee for sale to the end customer, though the company will not invoice the consignee while transferring goods to them, the company will only invoice the consignee say monthly, for the items sold within that period to the end customer.

So how we go about the stock movement, for this process,, specially consignee location, we should treat that as different warehouse, or location (which type ?). Any of the suggestion will be really helpful.

Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks in advance.

Kind Regards,
Bharat
