Go to Warehouse > Inventory Control > Current inventory and apply the filter that you like.
In the attached screenshot, I applied the filters that you describe in your email. (The reason why I have "Undefined" values is because I don't have lots in my demo data, but otherwise it would display)
You can print it as a PDF or export as a spreadsheet. You can save it for future use. You can use dynamic date filters (eg. "this week") in the domain if necessary. You can add it to a dashboard. You can drill down on any cell to see the underlying records.
OpenERP7-style PDF reports are old school and inflexible if a pivot view can get you what you need.

I am also interested by WMS reporting.I look for printed reports for warehouses and/or locations situation by articles in quantity, lot and value in excel and/or pdf for Odoo V8.
