Thanks Mustafa, but the problem is that it is not working, or I'm expecting something that's not happening.
for example I expect that If I made a SO with payment term on 3 installments then I will get 3 invoices with accurate due dates based on the payment term, is that right ?
what I actually get is one invoice with the total amount of the SO and even when I try to make a payment on that invoice I get the total amount in the payment not the amount that should be paid based on the payment term.
Any advice ?

I think it's absolutely right to use it with installments, moreover you can use fellow-up module to track customer payments over time.
in computation lines you could used either percent or fixed amount but the last line must be in balancedI hope this may help you and forgive me if there is a mistake with this
