When I send an invoice or other document or email message to a customer, it appears that no record of the email is added to the customer's record in the Odoo CRM *unless* I send that email from the customer screen. If I send the email from the invoice screen or from the Email screen or from the calendar screen, no note or record is added to the customer's history.
Is this the expected behavior in Odoo?
Is there any way to activate better integration so that *any* communication sent to the customer in Odoo gets logged to the customer's communication history?
