Ahmed, I personally think, it's ok to test the market. The market then will give you the response... You definitively got the risk, that somebody might legally be able to publish your code. But will he do? That probably depends on your price tag... Best wishes, David

Why programmers release the source code and designers always want to charge for their work? Release the theme for the community :)

Depends if "non-free" as beer or speech ;-)

The first one (price) is legal, no issue to sell AGPL code.
However the module must also be released under AGPL or other compatible 
licenses but it doesn't force you to give away your code on a public
