Standing orders are a hugely common business practice.
Coffee, stationery, raw materials, vehicle servicing, etc anything that is required regularly in relatively constant quantity a customer might place a standing order for.

Why would you generate sales order again ? Should it be sold again by a salesperson ? sale_contract generate draft invoice and you may choose to confirm them manually or automatically (i.e. only credit card debit succeed).
