Re: Odoo not getting any mailby
Thanks for feedback the passwords are new on new addresses. I only have one Odoo instance. When I press fetch now, there is no complaint but no mails are retrieved.
I assume mails should be turning up in the messaging inbox. Number of mails retrieved remains 0 on the list of incoming servers.
As I'm on a Saas instance, could there be a conflict. I get a message warning not to setup an outgoing mail server for instance.
What other details can I provide?

It could be a number of things, like for instance, if you have done the same configuration in two Odoo instances, the first one fetching the mail will be the one that keeps it, so your mail will be randomly divided between the two boxes, if that makes any sense.
