Re: Help meby
As far as I remember, sraps was very protective with his development but with no intention to close the source.
Hi Ermin,I am not sure the direction Alistek has planned for Aeroo Reports in the long-term. I believe they have strong views in regards to keeping the modules open-source and publicly available, however beyond that I am not sure on their development roadmap.I personally think the modules are very useful, and will continue to use them in most of my Odoo 8 instances. There needs to be more community-driven documentation around the modules to help the reporting engine gain some traction, but I plan to put a few basic tutorials together when I can find time.In regards to Aeroo reports there seems to be some significant headway being made by the guys over at ClearCorp:i've noticed some PR's recently for features like adding images to XLS spreadsheet reports among other quite interesting features that have been traditionally provided by Jasper and Aeroo reports before. I'd recommend keeping an eye on the ClearCorp repos for report_xls, as there seems to be some interesting developments there recently. If you'd like a statement from Alistek in regards to their direction with Aeroo Reports in the future i'd recommend getting in touch with @sraps on github who heads up development on the reporting engine by creating an issue here with your questions:Regards,LukeOn Fri, Jul 10, 2015 at 6:36 PM, Ermin Trevisan <email@example.com> wrote:

I have similar needs and have found that Aeroo Reports plus the following module works well for those requirements:
Aeroo Reports can be a bit tricky to install, so i've written a script to do the job for you:
The script is designed to work either as a complete Odoo install script with the option of installing Aeroo Reports as well, or to be run against an existing installation based on the Odoo install script method here:
Please make sure that both your filesystem and database are fully backed up before you run the script to make sure you can restore if you run into any issues.
There is also an Aeroo Reports installation guide here:
If you are installing against an existing installation just skip the section called 'Installing Odoo from Source' which is numbers #24-27.
The product_catalog_aeroo_report already has some basic templates for printing out pricelists, and you'll have control over what pricelists are used to create the catalog with the ingadhoc module but the final reports are completely customisable so it really depends on what you need to accomplish.
Hallo, hi, I should create catalogs with different prices and I assign them to the representatives that need to download the catalogs of products in csv header . there is already some form ? Thanks. Amtonio
