I do not agree, it should stay that way, there are too many sensitive functionality. however you should have the option to allow display of technical field names without enabling developer mode. This is standard in some software.Additionally, to add to your point, I think its stupid that the admin user by default isnt granted technical features rights. Which means you cant update module list or do anything without going to user and setting it to technical features.
