You mean Technical -> User Interface -> Views and look for views with object ir.ui.view? Tree, search or form? I think I tried them all, but still I was granted access. Also this will work for the whole website, so I guess I'll look into the module Ray suggested.
Or upgrade to v9 like Fabien suggested. By the way, is the slides module like a replacement for the document management module?

Create the page then, go to Settings -> Technical -> Views and add the employee group on the ir.ui.view. It will be only visible to the users that are part of the group.
